The Fazenda Junqueira Reis (JR Farm) has origin on the division of the lands of Fazenda Campo Redondo. Keeping the tradition of the original propriety, where for over a hundred years there has been an intense investment on coffee growing; the JR today improves itself on the production of specialty coffees.
The name Junqueira Reis comes from the fusion of the sons last names of the co-owners of the farm, Jose Flavio and Pedro Sergio, with their respective wives, both of the Junqueira family, one of the most traditional on Sul de Minas (South of Minas).
