History
This farm was colonized by my grandparents in the middle of the 50's. My father born and grew up here as well as me. I inherited the farm from my father and I bought several hectares to my brothers several years ago. Now, myself, my wife and 3 children live together here.
Environmental Care
The farm is strategically located close to a mountain where several rivers born. So the wildlife in the farm is abundant. I don't use to hunt and I teach the children this philosophy.
Coffee Processing Information
I only pick up ripe cherries, depulping without water and washing with fresh water, drying process is by sun exposure. I am conscious that the key for quality is in the good wet milling process of the coffee.
