Finca Santa Maria Sitepec - Etmar Didier Roblero LopezI inherited this finca from my father. It is located in Sitepec, that means snail hill. Our community was created many years ago by the indigenous from Mam-Quiche culture but it after Spaniards conquest, it became a Mestizo community. We are part of el Triungo biosphere reserve and a zone of ecological conservation called Pico, el Loro Paxtal It was wonderful to participate in Cup of Excellence - this is helping us to improve the quality of our coffees. We appreciate that the buyers will pay for the quality that we have in this region.
