Café Rivense del Chirripó is a family micromill founded by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas in 2005, located in southern part of Costa Rica, Brunca region settled in a micro-region called Chirripó.
El Bambú is the youngest producing farm owned by the Ureña Rojas Family, cultivated with Catuai variety and it owes its name to a yellow bamboo strain that grows between the coffee trees and gives shade to surrounding plants. The coffee was picked on crop top and is a natural process dried for around 22 days.
