In the year of 2011 I was able to annex several new lands to the initial area belonging to the original farm, among them the so-called La Divina Providencia 5. Soon after this acquisition, the decision was made to renew this area with the Orange Bourbon variety since a small number of existing plants of this variety were found. The organoleptic characteristics of the Bourbon Orange variety are: a round cup, with a bright acidity with citrus tones of tangerine. In general an exceptional coffee quality.
